Company Reason Detail

On this page you can create or edit a company reason, configuring the following information:

• Name: The company reason name

• Description: Not a required field

• Reason type: The type of reason (Part request cancel, Part request decline, Part request rejection, or Inventory transfer)

• Allow resubmission: Only appears if Part request rejection is the Reason type; determines if requestors can resubmit a part request if the initial request was rejected for this reason

• Company: The company for whose part requests the reason can be applied

• Status: Determines whether the reason is active or inactive
